Are you craving some good Desi khana? Well, I recently visited Bahubali ‘s House of Paratha at Datta Mandir Road in Pune and I must say it has stolen my heart. This gigantic thali consists of a huge 32-inch paratha showered in ghee. Garnished with shredded cheese, veg biryani, 3 types of dals, paneer sabzi, chole, aloo sabzi, raita, salad, pickles, 2 desserts, farsan, lassi, and buttermilk. No surprise if you are in the western part of India (especially Maharashtra and Gujarat) you will be greeted with masala papad if you are ordering any thali. Bahubali Thali Pune offers the exact reason you crave Desi swad.

Thalis in India are crafted by heart to serve foodies like me and Bahubali thali is no exception. Loaded with flavors, the diversity of spices used in each dish will blow your taste buds. However, in each bite, you can explore it. That said, the perfect reason why it can be the best group meal for students, colleagues, or even a casual weekend get-together.

Flavors:

The first thing that will strike after taking the first bite of paratha is the perfect blend of flavors. Usually, the stuffing consists of potato, corn, cauliflower, and masala. Which, you may experience from the start to the end. Even taste on each bite is guaranteed.

For Foodies:

Well, if you are a hardcore foodie who believes that quantity and quality go hand in hand, then this is the perfect meal for you. Though they mention it serves 3-4, I can guarantee 4-5 Bahubalis’ stomachs will be full after finishing the entire dish. Paratha itself weighs more than a kilogram.

Look and Feel:

I wish I could share the jaw-dropping expression we gave when we first saw the Thali size. Yes, you heard me right. Rest, you can judge by the image I shared. But, trust me the image is not doing justice to what we witnessed in real.

Presentation:

It certainly deserves 9 out of 10 for the presentation. In addition, I will add another point for the sequence they placed each bowl. Served in brass utensils to follow the tradition of great Indian culture. I would like to add a point out to one thing which I found odd the spoon was of steel which doesn’t go with the rest of the setup.

A paradise for Vegetarians:

Tendering flavors to tempting presentation sets the perfect ground for your running saliva. Above all, all the dishes are for pure vegetarians.

I dare you and your buddies to finish it off and let me know through comments about the experience. Moreover, I will add it to the mobile photo stories guest stories section.

In conclusion, the Bahubali thali Pune price is INR 999 (for the image I shared). Definitely, a worthy try if you are looking for a Bahubali thali in Pune.
